What happens if it rains for my photo shoot?
We’re constantly monitoring the weather forecast and taking proactive measures to prevent rain outs. In many instances, we can reschedule your photoshoot to a more suitable day or advance the time of the shoot to steer clear of isolated storms spotted on the radar. If we cannot identify a more convenient date or time that accommodates everyone, we are happy to provide a full refund of your session fee or offer you complete credit towards a future shoot.
What is included in the session fee?
The session fee covers the photographer’s time and effort to capture photographs of your family, as well as the subsequent work involved in editing and creating preview images that you can choose to order. However, please note that the session fee does not cover the cost of any photographic products, digital images, or images on disk.
Do you offer digital images or images on disk?
We offer various options for purchasing digital versions of your images, including individual images, collections, or add-ons to your printed product order. Our range of options cater to your preferences, whether you intend to print your digital images or share them on social media. All the digital images we offer are thoroughly retouched and enhanced.
How do I order my images after my photo shoot?
Once your preview images are prepared, we will arrange a web meeting with you to select your preferred images and place your order. During the meeting, we will share our screen with you and guide you through the ordering process as if you were present in our studio. In case multiple families are interested in placing orders, we can schedule separate or group meetings to suit everyone’s needs. Once your order is confirmed, we will ship it to you through FedEx for your convenience.
